John Santos appeals from a judgment of conviction of two counts of lewd and lascivious acts by force on a child under the age of fourteen years (Pen. Code, § 288, subd. (b)),*fn1 four counts of oral copulation by force with a child under the age of fourteen years and more than ten years younger than defendant (§ 288a, subd. (c)), and one count of penetration by a foreign object by force (§ 289, subd. (a)). The jury also found true the allegation that defendant used force likely to produce great bodily injury (§ 667.7, subd. (a)). The jury found not true the allegation that defendant inflicted great bodily injury (§ 12022.8). The court found true the allegation that defendant had been convicted of two prior serious felonies (§§ 667; 1192.7, subd. (c)) and that defendant had served two prior separate prison terms for specified felonies (§ 667.7, subd. (a) (1)), thus qualifying him as a habitual offender.
